Art Quest is sponsored by the Greeneville Arts Council and taught by Sherry Hensley. Art Quest 2022 is a week-long summer art camp designed for youth ages 6-11. The camp will be held Monday-Friday, July 25th – 29th from 10:00-12:00 at the Shulman Center (art building) at Tusculum University. Class fees are $20.00 per day, per student. Classes can be paid daily or for the entire week. Students are not required to attend all five days, and may join in as their schedule allows. All materials and art supplies are supplied by the Greeneville Arts Council. A snack and drink will be provided each day. Parents are not required to stay with the children, but are welcome any time to come see what creative things we are doing!
Each day we will be doing different projects, so be sure to ask your child what they did in camp,
plus. this will open a discussion about art! We don’t want this to be “school” … but a FUN and creative camp with hidden art terms, lessons, and a place where imagination can lead to a better understanding of art, and a camp that will build confidence in making art. Some of our lessons will be more than one or two days, because of the drying time and assemblage of certain projects.
PLEASE dress for MESS! We will be painting, gluing, using ink, markers, tile adhesive, watercolors, and other fun stuff! Also, please let me know if you DO NOT want your child photographed during camp. I use photos to promote future art camps, and to show the Arts Council how much fun we are having making and creating some fantastic art!

With safety in mind, students may wear a mask to class, if desired. Space is limited due to distancing. Students will have all classes inside, and will not be allowed to visit other classrooms or walk around campus.
